Barnsley Foodbank Partnership would like to thank Rev.Mick Neal for being our trusted Chairperson since the food bank was formed just over 10 years ago. Mick brought a wealth of knowledge, skills and dedication, which helped guide the food bank through its journey to date. Mick has now decided its time for him to step down but will take up the position of Vice Chair for the food bank.
The board of trustees have newly elected and would like to give a warm welcome to our new Chairperson, Ann Toy. Ann was originally involved in the setting up of Barnsley Foodbank Partnership right at the beginning and her work as a Community Nurse, Senior Public Health Specialist and Community Development Officer has given her the understanding of the trials and tribulations of our local community. Ann is committed to working with others to help navigate through these uncertain times.
