We can’t believe we are already at the end of the year. Here’s a reminder of things you need to know as we approach 2022!
- Any donations must be with us by 3:30pm on 23rd December. We will then continue accepting donations again from Tuesday 4th January.
- Our office opening times are: Christmas Eve 9am-1pm, 27th-29th December CLOSED, 30th December OPEN, 31st December 9am-1pm, 3rd January CLOSED, 4th January OPEN.
- Please be mindful if you are contacting a referral agent for a food parcel, that our referral agents have different opening times over the Christmas period.
- You must go through a referral agent for a food parcel.
- We can’t accept the following donations: out of date items, baby milk, chilled/frozen/fresh food, clothing, toys, items containing alcohol (including Christmas puddings, pies, drinks etc), opened/used items or homemade items that don’t contain ingredients and allergens.
